SAPA

Sapa is made fom must, bolled slowly in dedicated pots until the evaporation lowers the volume to one third of the initial. The high concentration of sugar prevents fermentation, so contains no alcohol and, once packaged, is used as a condiment or sauce.
It’s good with cheese, but also with fruit, over ice cream, with corn meal, with meat and many other ways as also indicated in the recipes attached. Regarding its antioxidant properties, read what has been reported for “vino cotto”.

GRAPPA

Our grappa "Le vinacce” is made with the pomace of Vernaccia Nera, a grape that is grown only in a restricted area of our territory and which gives the product of the unique features in terms of flavor and smoothness. In the process of production, we put the pomace from our vineyards, while the work is done by the distilleries of Mombaruzzo Berta (AT) known to be among the best grappa distilleries in Italy.
